Project Overview
Vodafone needed to simplify and optimize the contracting process for its business customers through a highly customized digital experience. The challenge was to design an acquisition funnel capable of handling multiple products, configurations, and decision paths while maintaining clarity and ease of use throughout the journey.



My role 
User Flow Design: Defined the end-to-end contracting journey, structuring complex decision paths into a clear and intuitive experience.
Concept & UX Design: Conceptualized key screens, interaction patterns, and information architecture to support multiple configuration scenarios.
Interface Design: Crafted a user-friendly, visually appealing interface optimized for functionality, scalability, and accessibility.
Prototyping: Created interactive prototypes to validate assumptions, test user interactions, and refine the experience through iteration.
